One size does not fit all. We therefore tailor methodologies so they are suitable for the organisation in which they will be used. This requires us to familiarise ourselves with our clients’ capabilities and requirements in order to shape a methodology that will be effective.

We call on our significant expertise in different methodologies and frameworks, including the PMBOK and PRINCE2 for project management, and our knowledge and experience of different environments, to develop workable methods that are fit for purpose.


Key to the successful use of any methodology is the capability to select the parts of it that are appropriate for each project, rather than applying it prescriptively which introduces unnecessary overhead and wasted effort.

We therefore place a great emphasis on helping our clients' staff to understand how to use a methodology. This can be achieved by mentoring them to successfully apply each aspect of the methodology to the management of real projects.
