Following the selection of a supplier to build and run a new national database of insurance claims and policies, the client asked EQuest Consulting to manage the development project. The objective of our involvement was to ensure that the supplier delivered the agreed project scope to deadlines published to the insurance industry and achieved a high quality output.

  • Creating a basic data collection system within 6 weeks

Working with the client’s General Managers, EQuest Consulting managed both the customer and the supplier resources to complete the planned deliverables.
