Enterprise Analysis and Requirements Planning Training Course
The Enterprise Analysis and Requirements Planning training course is designed for Senior Business Analysts and Project Managers. It addresses the first two of the six knowledge areas defined by the IIBA’s Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK™) and provides a solid foundation for the IIBA's CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification
Requirements Elicitation, Analysis and Documentation Training Course
This course is designed for Business Analysts and Project Managers. It provides the opportunity to apply methods for collecting, analysing and documenting business requirements through case study exercises. The course material is based on Chapter 4 (Requirements elicitation) and Chapter 5
Requirements Analysis and Documentation of IIBA’s Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK™) and provides a solid foundation for the IIBA’s CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification.
